- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Rung up black Cabs told it is now Britannia asked if the still do the black Cabs was told yes so Pre-Book a taxi on Sunday 45 minutes before the time needed waited till five minutes past my booking time as i had no time to waste waiting round has we had to catch a train. told trying to get a driver I told them had to catch a train and he just did not care and was told again trying to get a driver I told them could only wait a further 10 minutes. NO taxi. rung up and said we have to cancel the taxi as we will now miss the train again they did not care he just said ok and hung up all I can say is no customer service and no business skills dont know why they bother answering the phones if there not going supply a taxi.......WILL NOT BE USEING THESE AGAIN..... completely useless...By Admin, June 16, 2020
